Aloka Guha

She has held several distinguished roles, including Founder–Chairperson of the National Trust for the Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation, and Multiple Disabilities; Controller of Examinations at the Rehabilitation Council of India under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment; and Technical Officer for Mental Health and Substance Abuse at the World Health Organization’s South-East Asia Regional Office in New Delhi, where she initiated SEARO/WHO’s regional work on autism.

She also represented the Government of India multiple times at the United Nations Headquarters in New York during the elaboration of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, prepared India’s draft submitted to the UN in 2003, and contributed to the development of the Harmonized Draft UNCRPD.

SUMANTRA BANERJEE​

Sumantra Banerjee holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Khargapur and thereafter his Masters in Polymer Science and MBA in Marketing & Finance in the USA. He worked with Monsanto in USA for several years and then repatriated to India. His first assignment in India as CEO was in 1988 and he has since worked as CEO/MD for 25 years in multiple industries: – ICIM, now Zensar, (in Hardware and Software), Saregama (Music), Spencers (Retail) and CESC (Power).

At the time of his retirement in 2013, he was simultaneously MD of CESC, a billion dollar power company for 21 years, CEO of Spencers for 7 years, and also as Sector Head, supervised all the other Power and Retail businesses of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group. He has been a member of the Group Management Board from 1990 till his retirement.

Dipak Basu

Dipak Basu has spent much of his life employing technology in humanitarian missions worldwide. In 2007 he set up Anudip Foundation, a nonprofit company dedicated to improving livelihoods of rural poor in developing countries through training in information technology and entrepreneurship.

 

Dipak holds a BTech from IIT Kharagpur and a MSEE from the University of Southern California. He has been a guest lecturer in Computer Science at IIT Delhi. He has won the Tech Laureate award for IT in Humanity for NetHope, the President’s Award from Save the Children and a distinguished alumnus award from IIT Kharagpur. He is a Cisco Leadership Fellow, a Reuters Digital Vision Fellow, and a Fellow of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers. Dipak is currently the founder & CEO at Vispala Technologies, delivering the best value-based design and technology, enabling human mobility in prosthetic devices, 3D-printed sockets and covers for prosthesis and assistive robotics.

MANAGEMENT

MONISHA BANERJEE

Monisha is philanthropic leader, a mentor, and a strategist who leads the Human Transformation Model powered by Technology for mass application. Her core passion for academics rightly juxtaposed with a keen interest in technology for good urged her to lead ANUDIP as a CEO. Monisha headed the South Asia region of The Princeton Review, a leading player in the overseas education test preparation and advisory services space for 12 year and has essayed leadership roles in other social enterprises in the skilling and education space.

She is a member of the Advisory Council of the Center for Education Growth and Research (CEGR)’, and has co-authored a book on Employability Skills on behalf of CEGR. She also led the formulation of policy documents for key skilling initiatives for National Skills Development Corporation, the apex body for skill-based vocational education in India. In 2021, Monisha was adjudged one of India’s top leaders in times of crisis by GreatPlacetoWork™ in a survey spanning over 700 large and medium sized corporates and not-for-profits.

TANMAY MUKHERJEE

With his keen interest in the development sector, Tanmay specializes in developing social impact strategy and operational project plan. His strong hold in maintaining linkage & liaison with different government and corporate agencies to develop partnership has facilitated livelihood programs for special groups across many NGO’s in India. At ANUDIP, Tanmay heads the training and livelihood creation of several groups – differently-abled persons, persons below the poverty line and victims of sex-trafficking.

MANOJ SINGH

Traversing through various industries over 22+ years, Manoj has a stellar record at leading finance and account functions across sectors. Over the course of his career, Manoj has been recognized by numerous organizations for his leadership, finance acumen and commitment to societal impact. A Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant by profession he started his career in the finance sector with a strong academic background.

Manoj has had extensive exposure to a wide spectrum of Financial and Strategic Planning, Analysis of financial data, Finalization of Accounts; Costing and Cost control, Auditing, Secretarial and statutory Compliances, Financial MIS, analysis, operation management and Risk assessment and Direct and Indirect Taxation.

DIBYENDU DAS

A masters of social work from Visva Bharati University with a vast experience of working in the developmental sector for 16 years. He brings experience in planning, execution and monitoring in different areas like slum development, women empowerment, micro entrepreneurship in rural context, skilling and employment opportunities especially for Differently-Abled youth etc.

Dibyendu has enhanced his journey with the experience of being associated with various Non-profit and CSR initiatives which has thrived him towards new inclusions and impact-initiatives.
