What do we do?

Inclusion is imperative for our society. ANUDIP ASSOCIATION FOR DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION (AADI) incubated from ANUDIP FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization impacting 150,000+ at-risk youth and women touching over 4,25,000 crisis-stricken people from difficult backgrounds since 2007 through technology and employability.

AADI aims to create equitable pathways for all to acquire tech skills and gain employability and entrepreneurship opportunities to secure sustaining livelihoods. Exclusively curated for diverse groups like at-risk people, LGBTQIA+, specially-abled, victims of trafficking, our tech-driven interventions addresses two major challenges:

Bridge the economic divide that exist based on antiquated class systems, unserved, prejudice, and gender non-conforming individuals
Create a new-age skilled workforce from diverse backgrounds to accelerate change focused on sustainability, inclusion, and equity to drive a workforce transformation agenda
