TRANSFORM

A majority of transgender individuals are separated or estranged from their families owing to lack of acceptance of their gender identity which means that they become vulnerable to exploitation, with no proper education or employment facilities open for them. Transform is AADI’s new and pioneering initiative to provide self-employment and new-age livelihood training for deprived individuals in the LGBTIQIA+ community.

A Transform training center facilitates computer skills, communicative English, financial literacy along with major soft skills and personality development sessions for the Trans students to make them feel included along with decent livelihoods.
